    yea this isn’t a news article, its an advertisement. Its an ad directed at venture capitalists with money to burn, specifically. Its not for you or me. They want someone to invest a bunch of money, then they take that money and spend it and declare bankrupcty of the company but they pay themselves off first. The ownerof hollywood reporter is probably invested already.
