    If average looking white dudes couldn’t be leftist, this website would not exist. And the “Republican donation” is most likely not the suspect, the donation appears to have been made by a 30 year old, and not him (who would have been 17 at the time). There are probably many people with the same name in Utah. Pointing at his parents politics makes little sense either.

It’s also far more likely for someone to have the same/similar views as their parents, so his parents political beliefs actually are relevant!
