I feel like WotC is not gonna enjoy looking at the responses to this one
I filled out the retailer survey too. The only product that moved well was bundles, of which i was only able to get 3, of 12 ordered.
I will be completing this survey as well.
@nocturne @MysticKetchup I was on holiday and walked into a game store on the day of the pre-release events… I was surprised to find one person opening a couple of packets and boxes still on the shelf, I was tempted as I was there anyway to buy a box… but the look in the poor soul opening the packs put me off… bright side is magic is going to be super cheap now as I have no desire to play standard with UB content.
I used to buy some UB stuff and play a pre-release or two… ironic really.
Please explain why you are likely/unlikely to recommend Magic: The Gathering. If you have no comments, please write “none”.
the game, despite now having a soul stone, has become soulless. you have taken the McMurphy out of McMurphy.
Keep in mind that only print has a soul stone. Digital has the more aptly-typed “terminus stone”.

This set made me stop playing MTG, so my responses are gonna be rough for them to read (if they read them at all).
Literally never did a review before but I’ve done this one to say I don’t like universes beyond
@Postmortal_Pop @MysticKetchup same. I’m usually pretty happy with what they’ve got but when they asked “what’s the best thing about the set?” I answered “the best thing is that the cards are absolute crap so they won’t be showing up in standard”
That and the question about “did influencers make you like/dislike the set and who has been talking about it?”
I ain’t no snitch.when they asked “what’s the best thing about the set?”
I said, the best thing about the set, is that I can choose to not buy it.

Given one of that questions that may show up is if “did negative influencer commentary impact your perceptions of the set” they probably realize that and are already looking for scapegoats.
