    It’s a song that dates back to Italian partisans fighting to topple the fascist Italian Social Republic. The melody is repeating fragments and a refrain, suspenseful and dramatic.     Bella Ciao is one of the most well-known protest songs around the world. Not knowing it is on the same level as not knowing, idk, Which Side Are You On, or The Battle Hymn Of The Republic. Leftists have been using it continuously for 80 years, and we’re not about to stop. Not to mention that afaik, the casing has “ciao” 4 times instead of 3".
