    Lol the Guardian is reporting trump as saying that a cop (or cop-related position) knew the suspect and the suspect’s dad convinced him to go to the police. Sounds like a look-alike trying to clear his name is about to get thrown in the den of lions. Poor guy.

    Edit: seems to just be another person completely incapable of running away lol. Went home to his dad and then turned himself in? What brainworms have infected this kid?

        I would guess the kid was worried that, even if he didn’t give himself up, that cop would’ve informed and other cops might’ve just come and shot him anyways. Idk what I’d do in the situation that a cop thought I was the killer in such a case. It’s really a rock and a hard place.

          Yeah, it’s not like you could run to another country. Bad situation. But it would’ve been prudent to leave some kind of paper trail that you were specifically not admitting to anything or making any kind of confession; maybe someone who isn’t super noided wouldn’t think to do that.
