There is a noise and a small hole appears, and that is the culmination of years of theory and training and incredible achievements in material science. Not much of a spectacle for the crowd, but they deserve cheering and laurels.

there are a lot of sports that are fun & difficult as hell to do but boring as fuck to watch. this is why BJJ will never be in the olympics
i bet if they went away from smokeless powder it’d draw more of a crowd. could still use revolvers for multiple shots
