It looks like an adaptation of Aegishjalmur, a Norse rune of protection, with the symbols modified a bit. To what effect I’m not sure, but taken in context I don’t believe they’re there for a wholesome reason, especially knowing how fond white supremacists are of Nordic mythology and symbolism

Cops are, at least in fascist western states, designed to be death dealers and are only competent when rich influential bourgeois are involved (i.e. they can kill as many plebs as desired but must always respect private property interests).
