Representative Thomas Massie, who pushed for the original Epstein Files Transparency Act, has a new bill he’s going to force through the House.

“When we return next week, we’ll get 218 signatures for Epstein Files Transparency Act II, which guarantees a vote,” Massie wrote Thursday on X. “Survivors will be able to get their own records, State Attorneys General can prosecute crimes, and we can take the DOJ to court for keeping critical files hidden.”

Massie, who has made an enemy of Trump by opposing the Iran war and pushing for the full release of the Epstein files, first passed the Epstein Transparency Act in November 2025. And though President Trump signed it into law, Massie, Democrats, and a few Republicans argue that his administration didn’t fully abide with what the act required.

“The Department of Justice has flagrantly and consistently ignored EFTA’s disclosure requirements,” Massie wrote earlier this summer in his announcement of the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, co-sponsored by Democratic Senators Ben Ray Luján and Jeff Merkley, and Democratic Representatives Ro Khanna and Teresa Leger Fernández.

Congress has already passed a law that requires the release of the Epstein-Trump files. This will be ignored by the pedo GOP as well.

The correct answer is impeaching the entire cabinet, the Vice President & then Trump.

If the president can credibly disagree on his removal, then you still need 2/3 of Senate, and also 2/3 of the house.

Removing a president still capable of uttering the words “I should not be removed” is harder than convicting after impeachment.

Now if Trump does not object, the 25th is easier, but however screwed up he is, he is still quite capable of disagreeing in a way to trigger the 2/3 of Congress requirement.

Is it possible that much of the incriminating evidence has already been removed by Trump and his appointees, or is this something that would be impossible? Meaning that there would be an actual record somewhere, even if it’s classified topsecret++.

He better ram this through under Mike Johnson, because Jeffries will never let something like this through. And even if it got past Jeffries, ol’ Schumer would toss this right into the Senate incinerator.

I dont give a fuck if heʻs a republican. This guy did what you are supposed to do when you lose an election, and fucking push like youʻve got nothing left to lose. Heʻs probably a piece of shit in every other regard. But he has not wavered on this.

At the very least he raised his daughter with the same sort of respect for people that have different political ideology by displaying it himself in the middle of a presidential election. During a campaign event a woman calimed she couldn’t trust Obama because he was an arab, and his response was:

“No ma’am, he’s a decent family man, citizen, that I just happen to have disagreements with on fundamental issues, and that’s what this campaign is all about.”

Is it just a single point of reference into his character, yes, but I think considering the context of the moment helps give it weight. I think claiming he’s not a ‘decent human being’ is a bit hyperbolic but I was just 12 years old at the time.

I believe this one includes the ability for state AGs to sue the DOJ leadership directly if they aren’t following the law. Apparently the last one didn’t have any enforcement mechanism in the law.

Impeach Todd Blanche, refuse to carry nomination of next one until they come up with one that says they’re going to release everything. If they don’t follow the law, impeach them. Rinse repeat.

If you think the files should be released just fucking do it already. You have the files. If there is anything in them that can remove pedophiles from the world just release it, fuck needing a vote. This statement only proves you are part of the problem. If you really cared it would be done already.

Plus, if not officially released and confirmed to be accurate via the normal legal processes, it’s very hard for any journalists to report on the new findings without being sued for defamation by those accused claiming it was “doctored” or “fake”.

In a court of law… The court of public opinion is not how any justice system works. We feel like we deserve and need to know. And I would feel very vindicated to see what we all suspect. But my vindication will not give these victims justice.

Stop thinking like this is individual, personal justice. THIS IS NOT.

These are crimes against the state, against the justice of this land and every person who did or didn’t vote for the republicans.

Be under no illussion, these are high crimes and misdemeanours.

Justice will have its day my friend.

The stronger the wording, the harder it is for Trump lackeys to dodge, without contempt charges.

And look, we know Trump and his buddies are pedos and rapists. But it is not what you know, lawyers say, it is what you can prove.

Finally, the goal is justice, and that’s difficult to obtain, but extended public focus on the issue helps get closer. Let Trump try to stonewall. It consistently sucks away his political power.

The wording is not the problem. The problem is that they’re operating illegally and there’s no one who can or will hold them accountable.
