Do Not Commit War Crimes for Anyone; citing superior orders to justify war crimes does not absolve the perpetrators of criminal liability.
The U.S. ruling establishment intends to sacrifice whatever remains of international humanitarian law and the foundations of human ethics and civilization to its insatiable appetite for war and slaughter.
A policy that calls for the destruction of bridges and power plants is manifestly unlawful and criminal. It constitutes reprisal and collective punishment—both of which are explicitly prohibited as war crimes under international humanitarian law and U.S. domestic law alike, specifically under 18 U.S.C. § 2441 (the War Crimes Act). There is no statute of limitations for these offenses. The Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Department of Defense Law of War Manual make it unequivocally clear that service members have both a legal and moral duty to refuse manifestly unlawful orders.
Iran stands firm and resolute against lawlessness and the flouting of the law.

This meme is so true because US didn’t read the MoU that Trump signed. Point 5 says that Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz.
Yesterday, a reporter asked why Marco Rubio why the US signed the MoU when Point 5 clearly says that Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz. Rubio says that he doesn’t interpret the document to say that.
- Upon signing this Memorandum of Understanding, the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements, to the best of its ability, for the safe passage of commercial vessels, free of charge for 60 days, from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman and vice versa. Commercial shipping will begin immediately and will be fully established within 30 days, subject to the removal of technical and military obstacles and demining operations carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Islamic Republic of Iran will consult with the Sultanate of Oman regarding the future administration and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz, in accordance with applicable international law and the sovereign rights of coastal states of the Strait of Hormuz, and will also exchange views with other Gulf coastal states.
It very clearly says that the Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz to make arrangements for commercial vessels for 60 days. Also that Iran would consult Oman for future administration of the strait. The document does not say that the US can open the strait.
The US official position is that the US doesn’t know how to read the MoU document that Trump signed in France and that’s why the US is attacking Iran.
Rubio says that he doesn’t interpret the document to say that.
Reporter: Oh, ok, thank you Mr. secretary
here’s the Rubio video clip https://nitter.net/atrupar/status/2079910052144554479
my vibes interpretation is that word came down from Big Boss to just agree to whatever terms were being offered, because the paper markets around energy were showing more signs of panic/seizing and literally every real human is like, “wtf is this war and why is everything +20% $$$??”
Big Boss is mercurial as hell and we know he doesn’t read or digest information during any briefing, but it probably got through that the military/logistics people wanted a pause since the entire strategy they banked on is failing while ordnance is being expended faster than it can be made.
then a week later, they’re back at it blowing shit up because they’re idiots/impatient and it’s all “no i never said that, just shut up about it and watch me do this. i can do whatever i want.” it’s pretty clear the creatures of administration is absolutely all-in on loyalism to the trump project. i’m sure all the MAGA endorsements winning the GOP primaries sent a signal to the worms that trump is the party and the party is trump. so they’ll all willing to play Red Light, Green Light with the imperial economy to probably try and capitalize their personal piggy banks on the shocks as much as possible.
because, clearly, the only insulation from consequences in the U.S. is to have a shitload of money.
I’m sure Iran knows the US and Israel are likely going to do bomb civilian infrastructure anyways, but it’s important for hearts and minds to vocalize these points.
While it’s not likely to stop any one combatant from completing their mission, it is a legitimate acknowledgment of the war crimes enacted by US.
There will be a reckoning whether legal, karmic or societal …the world is witnessing all of this.
Documenting, spelling it out and reminding folks of exactly what they’re doing is vital.
Iran is winning on so many levels.
The year is 2037 and a vengeful Mamdani, General-Secretary of WOKINTERN, applies the full reach of the Sharia-Geneva conventions by sentencing Fukuyama to hard labor until the end of history.
you thought sharia law was bad buddy, wait until you’re in a sharia war crimes tribunal
well it’s worth a shot iguess
This would work great if those troops weren’t frothing at the mouth with excitement at the chance to go and commit war crimes.
here’s the thing, they joined the U.S. military to commit war crimes

This is an absurd accusation. Iran has been incredibly restrained when interacting with the US and Israel. When Trump pulled out of the JCPOA in 2018, Iran continued to follow the JCPOA.
All of Iran’s attacks have on US bases have been proportional to the US attacks. The media exaggerates and says that Iran has attacked many countries, but it only attacks the US bases in those countries, bases which attacked Iran first.
Honestly I think Iran has been too restrained with the US. I think Iran should stop giving so much leniency to US fuckery.
Iran doesn’t want to have nukes because of religious reasons. Iran should have nukes because it is the only form of deterrence that the Imperialist forces understand.
The US murdered 160 Iranian school girls on the very first day of the 2026 US war against Iran. Not accidentally. Intentionally. The US bombed the same school again shortly later to kill the rescuers.
I think I must have been misunderstood, but the mod deleted my comment so I can’t put an edit at the bottom.
We can still see your comment in the mod log. The main post is from Esmaeil Baqaei, the spokesperson of Iran. He works for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iran.
Your post said “this is the pot calling the kettle black”. Esmaeil Baqaei urged US troops to not commit war crimes. The idiom you used is an accusation of hypocrisy. I think people interpreted your comment to say that Iran commits war crimes as often as the United States.

I did not report your comment. Somebody else must have. The mod log says your comment was removed for rule 4. Hexbear global rule 4 says that comments must not support bigotry or right wing ideology. I think the mod removed your comment because placing blame on Iran for the war gives justification to US aggression against Iran.

I’m trying to be not hostile. I don’t know what you actually meant by the comment was deleted. I hope that you don’t believe that Iran commits war crimes as frequently as the US. My previous comment was written to explain that over the past 10 years, US has been aggressive to Iran and Iran has shown restraint in response.
I disagree with the Iranian government because they killed a lot of protestors and sometimes women over hijab issues. I am disgusted with both sides right now. I’m also very upset about the Iranian girls who were killed at the school recently. The US is becoming a cess pit in general.
It’s my understanding that most Iranians are cool but have a shitty gov. The US gov is really shitty and getting worse every day. A government does not need to commit war crimes to be shitty. If that was the offense that led to the deletion of the comment, then so be it. Just because Iran is a victim of aggression in this case does not mean their regime is made of nice people. If my country and the Iranian people ever have justice, we’ll live through the rule of all these bastards and hopefully Israel will disappear in the fold somewhere too.
I want to make it abundantly clear that nobody misunderstood you. Everyone who read your comment on this website strongly disagrees with what you said.
It does not matter if you agree with governance structure of Iran, at all. It does not factor into the situation of the war at all. Their governance is a civil issue and it will be decided by the people who live there.
The United States is not the world police. The US regime does not topple other governments for the purpose of liberating any person. The US regime topples other governments for self interest, ie for the profits of the capitalist ruling class. Looking back at the history of the last 100 years, the US attacked countless countries including Korea, Vietnam, numerous countries in South America, Africa, etc.
THE IRANIAN PEOPLE DO NOT WANT THE US GOVERNMENT TO OVERTHROW THEIR GOVERNMENT. No country in history has been better off after the US overthrew it, besides Nazi Germany. I give credit to the Soviets for defeating Nazi Germany.
On February 28 2026, the US assassinated Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and then Trump went on Truth Social and said now is the time for Iranians to overthrow their government. Iranians did not choose to overthrow their government. Instead, on the week of July 3, an estimated 40 millions Iranians attended the funeral of Ayatollah Ali Khameni. The country has a population of 90 million people.
You’ve conceded that you are not aware the Iran has committed war crimes but also you’re upset that Iran “killed a lot of protestors” ie Iran allegedly killed pro-US insurrectionists. US government officials (ex Mike Pompeo) said that these “protestors” were being backed by Mossad and Trump said that he gave them guns. These “protestors” are people who accepted weapons from an enemy state and tried to incite a civil war on the behest of that enemy state that started a different war with Iran in 2025. What is your expectation to happen in this situation? Which government on earth would tolerate pro-US armed insurrectionists?
You are either profoundly misinformed and/or on the side of US imperialism. I have hope that you can change.
example of the Iran protests being incited by enemy states. https://archive.is/yMPpB
Nobody I know in the US wants agression against Iran. People do not want more war. I am definitely not on the side of US imperialism, but it is likely that I am misinformed and will study the situation further. The citizens of the US are a war-weary bunch and have been for at least 10 years. Even Trump’s voters are livid.
I don’t mind being wrong sometimes if it’s an opportunity to learn something.
In any case, I agree with what you said, but there is one thing. Mossad or some other nutcase entity arming protesters does not necessarily mean that the protestors were wrong. It is possible that both the protestors had valid concerns without the influence of those arming them, and that US attacks are unjustified. Sometimes interests align. The funeral doesn’t invalidate that the attacks by the US were awful and that there was an event available to show solidarity afterwards.
It’s not unreasonable to have the opinion that Iran’s regime sucks since that is unrelated to how much the US sucks. The two suck independently. They both sucked before all this happened, and recognizing that is not some US apologist effort.
what elementary schools have the Iranians bombed?
It was the Iranian school that got bombed.
