presumably it works better against drone waves than individual drones. I am thinking of it as more of an area denial effect than a precision targeted intervention, although I really have no idea what modern flak cannon targeting systems are capable of
yeah if you don’t have wunderwaffle brain then laying down old school flak to disrupt slow-flying decoy drones seems obviously smarter than exposing and/or wasting your real shit

interesting that they seem to be using traditional flak in their air defense. surely that’s the right response against drones vs. wasting missiles but I haven’t seen any footage of flak in Ukrainian or “Israeli” air defense
