Edit: okay i can see it now. But what i mean is you can’t expect business going the suboptimal way of using a robot to clean such a small space while their employee can do it in 5 min. If the supplier didn’t come with a free sample unit then the owner will have to pay for it themselves. And this is at most an irony, but nothing dystopian about it

Who fucking cares about what the owner has to pay when the money he is using to pay for it is being generated by the labor of the workers? Instead of the profits from their labor going to improve their working conditions, they are being stolen by an owner who is exploiting their labor for his own personal enrichment.
