Given that this is an entire thread about cum, i’m not gonna bother with spoilers or CWs beyond “The following is written by an angry t4t dyke, may hurt men’s feelings, and could lead to egg cracking moments in questioning people.”

sperm production / quality / volume

    ejaculate volume

    Semen is mostly water.

No it isn’t. Ejaculate is. You know these things are not the same and one would expect that an entire article devoted to nothing but cum would reference that somewhere. That’s what you get when you discuss this subject from the perspective of cis people, notorious for their incredibly basal and incomplete understanding of biology. Sperm / Semen (as in, the little twitchy things that can fertilize eggs) is only a part of cum. The liquid that makes up a sizeable part of the ejaculate’s volume is not produced in the testicles, but in the prostate. Yes, that means even people who’ve had an orchidectomy can still ejaculate, although a reduction in volume is likely. Sperm production isn’t all there is to the size of loads, although it does contribute. But any trans woman with effective androgen suppression and without bottom surgery will confirm that while loads do get smaller, clearer and stop being stinky as sperm production is reduced, they usually do not go away (even though the entire ejaculation process can be altered drastically in an estrogen-dominant body, becoming less explosive as orgasms change from the pitiful penile twitch men experience to wavelike full-body sensations that can be extended for minutes).

And it’s honestly kinda tiresome how unaware even doctors studying ejaculation can be of all this. Or how they are aware, but do not specify even though the distinction is relevant. Is it such a big ask of cis people to use biologically factual language when talking about sexual organs? To make it clear if they’re actually talking about sperm or about other contents of ejaculate? That would make this article a lot more useful for women who want to shoot bigger loads from their girldicks without suffering the side effects of increased androgen production or without upping their sperm count and mobility, or for women who’ve had vaginoplasty and want to squirt more, not to mention that precum (something that is often drastically increased once trans women go on HRT) is an important part of neovaginal lubrication.

After i’ve read through the entire thing, it seems that most supplements work specifically on sperm production. I mean, i can only guess about that, the cum doctor they talked to didn’t specify, but it seems to be the case as the supplements are reported to make the loads not only bigger, but also thicker and whiter and, given the strong disgust by partners mentioned in the article, probably worsen the considerable problems that male ejaculate has in regards to smell and taste (seriously, if you’ve ever swallowed girlcum, you can never go back to the crap the guys produce). Not to mention that increased sperm production obviously increases the risk of unwanted pregnancy, something that isn’t mentioned once in the entire article.

Seriously, i have to ask once more if the straights are ok. This stuff just keeps happening.

I think you’re confused about a couple definitions.

Semen and ejaculate are synonyms, as is cum. Semen is short for “seminal fluid,” it’s everything that comes out. Sperm is one component of semen. “Semen” ≠ the swimmers.

supplements are reported to make the loads not only bigger, but also thicker and whiter and, given the strong disgust by partners mentioned in the article, probably worsen the considerable problems that male ejaculate has in regards to smell and taste

Now I’m curious, does getting a vasectomy make your cum taste better?

      No, they’re definitely not.

        anecdotal from my own experience:
yes, but diet has a significantly larger impact
