Well, not redundant exacly, blue loves to tap creatures out of combat and vigilence would not prevent that, so untapping all your creatures every turn is not useless even with vigilence.
Though I am disappointed to see that this card does not have ‘Airstrike’…
A universes beyond deck based on liberal mythology would be pretty funny if done well. I want an Elizabeth Warren card that taxes 2% of the opponent’s mana, rounding down, and a RBG ghost who can only be 0/1 and gives the opponent Trample, but writes a dissenting opinion after losing.
