They do have tunnels yes, but as far as i am aware they don’t really go all that far. I think just in the DC area. So even if they survive which they probably arent deep enough to survive a large scale attack like that anyway it’s not like you could get all the way to Mount Weather or somewhere through them. Your much better off just evacuating the white house before anything hits since they have early warning systems.
