The “method” is to literally just do it and know that the democrats will tut-tut and wag their finger announce how this goes against rule of law, and he’ll just ignore them and they won’t actually move to stop him.
I think a far worse outcome is him changing the rules so that Musk can run. Not an American, but a Musk term as president would probably be far more destructive than a third Trump term for y’all.
