    You can earn up to 4,000 XP this September by playing in Magic events at Wizards Play Network (WPN) game stores using your Wizards Account to register! Play in events like the Wilds of Eldraine Prerelease, Open House, Friday Night Magic events, and others!

    For each WPN game store event you play in, you’ll earn 1,000 XP, up to a maximum of 4,000 XP if you play in four events.

    This is awesome as an initial connection between Arena and paper, something I’ve wanted for a long time. XP seems kinda lame though, and particularly stingy with only 1,000 XP per event… Packs or wild cards would’ve been way nicer. Still a great sign that they’re moving in this direction.

      Finally, I’ve been waiting for years for any tie in to the instore/card purchases. 1000XP is way too low though, that’s 2 quests…

      Given that it costs basically nothing for them to generate in-game rewards and paper play is still a massive revenue source for them, you’d think they’d sweeten the pot a little more.
