      well, she’s bad in fascist business. I was in Italy this year and it is full of black people, especially in Ferrara. Don’t go in that city, the situation is so bad that police and military are patrolling the streets 24/7.

    While technically correct, I feel this record is a bit misleading, at least as it’s been reported. When a minister resigns or there is some reshuffling in the government formally the PM is actually forming a new government so it’s quite common for PMs to lead more than a government during their term. Meloni simply didn’t need to shuffle anyone so far.
