Always thought they were the most disappointing Lego product. Not to yuck your yum or anything.
I just wanted block that go with the other blocks. And gears and motors.
I reeeeeeeeally wanted the big bionicle set with the motorcycle guy - but even then my folks weren’t spending >$50 on legos.
Edit: Upon investigation it was actually lego technic roboriders
