    6pm is funny because I can’t tell from the title alone if that’s supposed to be too early or too late. 6-7 is about average for me and I’m a millennial.

    anyway circadian rhythms come for all of us in the end, someday you’ll be eating your dinner at 4 and going to bed by 8 just like your grandparents.

      You don’t understand, you’re supposed to eat dinner at 11pm and go to bed at 4am after downing litres of alcohol! Anything else is woke Gen Z loser behavior!

      Where I lived until recently, old people went to bed around midnight and middle-aged people around 2-3 am. I used to get social and business-related texts in the middle of the night all the time. Sometimes I’d be in bed already and have to wake up to make work arrangements.
