Weird, the USA (Philly/MOVE) seems to be missing from this list. (I GUESS it was PAPD but still.)
JSOC is probably operating in dozens of countries we don’t even know about. Does that count?
I feel like this list can’t be complete. What about Ukraine, Indonesia, Palestine?
