Authorities say conservative activist Charlie Kirk was killed by a single shot in a targeted attack during an outdoor event Wednesday at Utah Valley University.

Update 2: There is footage which shows Charlie Kirk taking what seems to be a fatal gunshot to the neck. I will not post it here.

Update 3: Hasan Piker watched the clip on stream and confirmed that Kirk took the fatal shot. Piker was visibly shaken as he was supposed to debate Kirk at Dartmouth University in 15 days.

    Oh, he died. Neat. He may not have agreed with your views but he will defend your right to guns to shoot him with until he is shot.

    It is kind of funny how this will be entirely gone from the news cycle in a month. Nobody will care after that other than possibly the murder trial (if there is one), the only reason that the pharma boss getting shot stayed relevant for so long is because people are horny for Luigi Mangione.

      That and I also think the rich were lowkey horrified by it due to how Americans legit hate their healthcare system and would be chill with the board members of HCA being roasted like hogs, so there was also a media campaign to try and muddy it. This is just another spent pawn of the right, there’ll be crocodile tears and then another hot news item will appear.

      I don’t think we’re going to hear the end of it specifically because he was very connected to the White House and also to conservative think tanks, both the one he ran and others, and also also frequently appeared on Fox, which means he was deeply tied to almost the entire conservative culture war apparatus. People still haven’t completely let go of the Tesla vandalism and way more people hate Musk.
