Amazon workers in the US pee in bottles to meet quotas, gig workers have zero benefits, and millions face medical bankruptcy. This isn’t an “Eastern” problem.
By framing this as a unique moral failure of the East, you’re reinforcing a racist stereotype that the West is inherently free and the East is inherently servile.
I never said anything specifically about China originally, you are the one that framed it like that incorrectly. Eastern style government refers to non liberal democracies as everybody who reads current and past events of the era knows. Which is not you guys.

You are also forgetting that they are the ones to have built those productive forces, the schools, the institutions all for the people to garner that technology and institute it for their own good.
