Weirdly enough I’ve never found whippets in the park. Lots of legal cannabis, a few heroin needles every now and then, huge amounts of alcohol and nicotine vapes, but never nitrous oxide even though it’s sold at every smoke shop around here.
My mind read that as there being vapes for both alcohol and nicotine.
A flask is an alcohol vape. Or maybe those little bottles that only exist to throw it out the window while driving home from the liquor store.
