It has some nice African restaurants. I never go to Denver for the local cuisine because it’s so chili-heavy. You wouldn’t even be able to taste the baby.
I like that both the west and east coast are represented. It’s the only place I’ve been in Colorado where African food isn’t limited to Ethiopian. There are a couple really good Ghanaian restaurants and that’s a cuisine I’ve never otherwise found in the US.

For as white of a place that Denver is, there is a huge Ethiopian and Eriterian diaspora. The most crowded churches there are always the Habesha ones.
