I think we are reaching the point where Trump could do anything at any time. I think there’s also a chance (a strong chance?) he fires Fed chief Powell. Trump simply doesn’t give a fuck anymore. Plus - it’s the Emperor’s New Clothes every day so he doesn’t even have a tiny bit of pushback in his inner circle. 24/7 every is a yes man who tells him how smart and clever he is. And why would they do anything but be the biggest yes man suckups? Their positions allow insane levels of ez grifting.
