Side note but the inclusion of sounds of gunshots and crime to show the “fall” of NYC is hilarious. As if rightoids haven’t already been calling the city a crime-ridden shithole even under its corrupt cop mayor. Reminds me of when the center left candidate Brandon Johnson was elected mayor in Chicago.
