Ethan Klein made a big video talking about Hasan, the “content nuke”. Several other streamers made react videos talking about it, including many left wing and pro-Palestinian streamers. Ethan is now suing a couple of said streamers, for violating his copyright by showing the video on their streams.
Ironically, a long time ago Ethan was subject to a similar lawsuit about react content, which he won by saying that his react video was sufficiently transformative.
Hasan is not being sued. He is only relevant as the video was part of Ethan’s obsession with him.
