I wonder if this would be an upgrade over Archangel Elspeth in my Boros Caretaker’s Talent control deck. It costs one mana more and you lose out on the lifelink, which is sometimes relevant against aggro. But aside from that, I’d probably rather have this new card on the battlefield in most situations.
