Mahmoud Khalil, student activist, was detained by immigration enforcement on Saturday night. Agents said his student visa and green card were revoked.

But rest assured, this is just the beginning and we may soon see similar tactics towards dissidents who are citizens.

I mean, if due process doesn’t apply, you can just call a citizen a non-citizen. What are they gonna do? Prove it in court?
