If you know some basics of evasion tactics, do some pre-op recon of the land, do some prep work and planning for your equipment, I think it’s fairly feasible to not get caught and make an escape out of the city. Like as long as you make sure your facial features aren’t identifiable enough and you’re careful with forensic shit like fingerprints, you stand a pretty reasonable chance of exfiltrating the metropolitan area and really disappear into the background.
Throw in some good old fashioned spycraft tactics and some alibi making and you could have a very decent chance of winning your hide and seek game.
