Coupled with their recent micro-miniskirt post, I’m struggling not to believe this account isn’t some kind of altright tradwife training kink.

Anyone else see this post and realise they still have ptsd from wearing similar to a club once and sorely regretting it because random drunk men spent the whole night trying to put their hands up your skirt?

Does the government actually own all this information about us though, or is it all outsourced with various private companies?

A lot of folk who go to the trouble of changing their first name, be they trans, cis or otherwise, likely have negativity attached to their original name from which they would like to move on.

Anyone who knew me by my old name and hasn’t been updated of my new name, doesn’t know my new name for a good reason. So on the very rare occasion I get deadnamed these days, it absolutely scares the hell out of me.

I’m nb and my name change wasn’t specifically for gendered reasons, but for those whose was, being purposefully deadnamed adds a whole new level of hate crime to the situation and puts them at risk of violence from anyone unhinged enough who overhears.

Can you explain how?

So what you’re saying here is that men are so dangerous and violent as a whole, that men need to protect themselves from the dangers of other men…

But women should stop taking precautions around men and stop constantly complaining about not wanting to get raped and murdered by men, because not all men are violent rapists and it hurts mens feelings?

We’re not all health food and exercise obsessed just because we don’t consume animal products.

Even the fattest vegans are likely healthier than their equivalently sized meat and dairy consuming counterparts though as processed animal products are carcinogens.

And then when a woman is raped and murdered in her hotel room, men like you will be saying that she must have wanted it because she didn’t even take basic precautions to make sure no-one could get in.

So when women start taking these precautions, because generations of women before them have learnt from experience that when a man rapes you, it’s your fault for not taking precautions… men like you now complain that women are overly paranoid and making things worse for themselves, because their precautions are hurting your feelings.

This was so good for 9 whole, long ass episodes, and then the last episode just shat all over every single thing that had happened previously and resolved nothing, because it had to be meta and a dumb allegory for writing a script while overcoming alcoholism and it didn’t even make sense so it just meta-ed itself again to get out of having to tie up a single god damn story line.

Seriously though, the first episode is fantastic and beautiful and I do recommend watching it, but just don’t go past that because you will get invested in the story and have all your hopes crushed as not one iota of it pays off.

And cats. I use it mainly for the cats.

I’ve seen too many threads about obese pets where people with obese pets make excuses for their abuse and normalise their behaviour amongst themselves.

Pointing out ‘the obvious’ and calling it abuse whenever I see these threads, has become part of how I interact online and something I appreciate when I see others do it.

I genuinely didn’t realise that the users here were so in agreement with this viewpoint as to find it condescending to see it pointed out. This is really nice to hear, despite the downvotes.

I don’t understand why you’re mad at me for contributing to this discussion with something relevant to this topic.

I didn’t assume anything negative about the person I replied to.

You however are clearly assuming negative stuff about me and have gotten upset with me over these assumptions.
