Despite it’s history of inspiring revolutions, a lot of communist theory is about coats, which makes you wonder why the Tsar didn’t just give them the coats before it came to all that
I mean, Russia is a very cold place, I can believe someone would make this mistake.
Karl Marx wasn’t a Marxist though. It’s the people who come after him who call themselves Marxists. Mao wasn’t a Maoist etc.
(He also said he wasn’t a Marxist but that was in response to people calling themselves Marxist who he thought were wrong in their analysis)
Marx was a Hegelian.
