This seems strong, even if I don’t know where in Standard it fits yet. Maybe an Orzhov deck, hoping to hit Preacher of the Schism? I don’t think it quite fits into Boros aggro as it currently exists.

Something like Lost Jitte would make it pretty affordable to target this every turn.

Edit: Skrelv and Spellbook Vendor are also both cheap and on-color.
