Like the Palestine-Israel conflict which a lot has happened since it started, you can barely argue or talk about it if you are literally out of the loop without mistepping because its just a too complex situation for us westerners.

People tell me that I’m really good at conversation, probably because after a lifetime of sales, I’m not afraid to ask a person really personal questions, and I do it on a friendly disarming way, and they talk. I have one rule:

When you know the subject well, contribute and ask questions. When you don’t know the subject well, keep quiet, and ask questions. Everybody respects that person

What you should NEVER do, is try to cover your lack of knowledge by blathering on, making stuff up, arguing with people who clearly know more than you, intimidate people into not correcting you, etc. You will be immediately outed as a fraud, and NOBODY likes that guy. Don’t be that guy.
