That’s a groundwater hazard, but there’s definitely a line that shouldn’t be crossed. Things that don’t bring harm to people, animals, or the environment, no matter how annoying, shouldn’t be ostracized. I don’t like it when people stim by making noises because I have very sensitive hearing and it makes it impossible for me to think, but I’d never think to tell them off for it, I just live with it or remove myself from the situation when possible.
How MUCH annoyance? At what point does annoyance cross into disruption?
Is me having like 20 dogs but refusing to clean up their shit from by backyard to the point neighbors five doors down can smell it an “annoyance”?
