Someone listening to something without headphones isn’t stepping on anyone’s toes. They aren’t hurting anyone.

That’s not true though, it absolutely can be overstimulating particularly when multiple people are doing it or if they’re scrolling reels or whatever and the sound is changing every few seconds.
