Football fans didn’t hold back their thoughts about the guests of honor at a game in Maryland.

I absolutely love that they included a wider shot in the article that most people probably scrolled past, but I caught this in it:

If the Federal Government is shutdown all of the secret service agents should be sent home. I bet Mike Johnson would end the shutdown really quickly if he and trump couldn’t party while everyone else is struggling to feed their kids

    [off topic?]

For those who didn’t know, Donald previously screwed up an entire football league by trying to overleverage.

My old man said the same thing. He also killed the USFL. A Spring (American) football league he pushed to play in the Fall to compete with the NFL, which led to its downfall.

It’s sort of amusing that the profound psychological issues that make him the most corrupt POTUS in history, the most self-absorbed POTUS in history, the most dishonest POTUS in history and the most deranged POTUS in history also make him the most tone-deaf POTUS in history.

I can’t find a longer video than what’s in the article. It’s pretty harsh. I had to check since sometimes it’s not as bad as they say. What is he reading?

Edit: I had to do the thing, it’s in the article:

The jeers came down even harder when Trump, flanked by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, read out the military Oath of Enlistment to swear in new troops.

Bonespurs’ tongue should have burst into flames, him reading that oath to others is… rich.

God I need to stop reading news these days.

The majority of American citizens did not vote for him. The majority of citizens were busy. I’m pretty sure about 85 million Americans didn’t vote. The majority is silent.

He showed up on the broadcast and didn’t seem to say anything too bad. Sounded like your ordinary senile grandfather or uncle. A bit confused but held it together.

Just my review of what I saw. However your assessment of him as a person is accurate and something I agree with. Was just mildly surprised he didn’t say anything stupid.
