and 34 days ago there was a power outage. i haven’t had to reboot since who knows when.
i thought i might have to last night when my panel became unresponsive, but i just had to reload the desktop environment which took maybe 10 seconds?
You can reboot bazzite more often because that allows the updated ostree to take effect. It’s not as high risk as updating windows because you can easily roll back to the previous os version.
You don’t even technically need to reboot, I think you can just live-apply in the active container and get the updates. Rebooting is the best way though, since it confirms the new image in bootable
