If this were an instant, it’d be a pretty strong card I think. As it is, I guess it mostly depends on how valuable it is that you can exile an opponent’s creatures too.
This of course is a card worth consideration in any ETB-heavy deck, but at 4 mana and sorcery speed, it’ll be a hard sell for those decks just for the flickering effect.
