Hey look an evoke elemental!

WOTC has tried this design before (minus the evoke part I believe) and it has always been interesting, but hard to use competitively. I think this being an evoke elemental gives you a lot more options since I would think you evoke this 90% of the time. The wording also means that flickering or reanimating this only leaves you with a big body, so no Grief nonsense.
