Trump: drives a truck filled to the brim with crying orphans into an active volcano and chants satanic rituals, causing the smoke cloud to gather into a demonic form that begins defiling innocent bystanders

Fucking idiots, for some reason: This is just another distraction from the Epstein files

Is this post an attempt to distract from the Epstein files? 🧐

As long as I see the words Epstein Files, this post has drawn attention to the Epstein Files and is therefore good and desirable

I need a meme of Sisyphus pushing the Epstein files up a mountain

Something can be an atrocity and a smokescreen at the same time. Complain about it all but don’t let up the pressure on the Trump-Epstein matter because he wants those files forgotten and we can’t allow that.

But more importantly, hand waving away all the fascism — they were actively engaged in, and planned to do all along, because they’re fascists — is itself a distraction.

Their solution to the Epstein file problem is the same solution they were planning to all their other problems; to implement a fascist dictatorship and eliminate/murder all opposition.

The Epstein files only matter if the legal and judicial system — or the people — remove him.

Just something to think about here - republicans all seem pretty gung-ho on the fascism, and they have control of everything right now. Do you think pointing it out will change republican minds? Those in office and those who are the voters backing them up.

Personally, I don’t see that happening. You’ll get some halfhearted dissent here and there, but I think thats mostly cover.

So, what would cause a major split or shift? I think solid confirmation of Trump making use of Epstein’s ‘services’ could do that. Maybe it won’t, I can’t predict the future (obviously). It seems much more likely than pointing out how rights are being stripped away (again and again), because they haven’t cared about our rights yet.

That doesn’t mean I think we should ignore what’s happening, just that I think there is substantial value in making sure the Epstein files don’t just disappear. If there wasn’t, I don’t think they would be trying so hard to deflect/ignore/cover up anything related to it.

The Epstein files are the first thing that got a meaningful portion of MAGA to turn on him.

Leftists aren’t going to take down Trump on their own, when half the country apparently wants to put women and children and everyone brown into cages.

So if Epstein is the ONE issue we can use to get his supporters to drag him down, then yes, that’s what I’m going to harp on.

I don’t want to win an award for Hating The Right Thing At The Right Time on the internet.

    I want to stop Trump.

The Epstein files are a dead end; if MAGA was going to turn on Trump because of them they already would have. It’s more than possible for the sane half (more realistically ~60%) of America to stop the fascists, but it won’t happen if you keep waiting for the fascists to turn on their great leader because that just does not and will not happen.

PS: Your democracy will be gone by the midterms if you don’t act.

It would increase international pressure; the UK fired one of their ambassadors for his connection to Epstein. That’s progress in my book.

It takes 0 effort to bring up the Epstein files constantly. I see no reason to stop, so long as people keep resisting.

Uh… what? Less pedophiles in positions of authority is always a good thing, but how is this relevant to fascism in America?

It takes 0 effort to bring up the Epstein files constantly.

It derails other, sometimes more or equally important conversations. It also plays up the idea of the files as some kind of secret anti-fascist silver bullet that makes real resistance unnecessary or less necessary.

so long as people keep resisting.

They’d have to start first. Most of America isn’t resisting in any meaningful sense.

make them admit they support a child rapist.

we already got them to admit they support violent insurrection.

      and a groping rapist

and a moron who would store national security documents - including nuclear sub information - in a bathroom at a resort

at least use what few tools available to finally bring this fucking cretin down.

downvotes? lol edit: aw did it upset the rapists the pedos or the incompetent lovers? just wondering lol

That’s the problem with all these shitstains from the axis of cauc that love to go online and shit on “Americans”. Half the caucs in this country are fascists and 40% are liberals (right lite). Then they expect us POC to somehow fix what they (caucs worldwide) fucked up. Many have tried, and they were murdered by the state, before it became the insurmountable terror it is today. MLK, Ludlow, Fred Hampton, Malcom X, Brown Berets, MOVE, Operation Wetback, Tulsa, Red Lining, The Black Panthers, Corky Gonzales, exclusion from the GI bill after saving your sorry asses, etc. They can all shut the fuck up. None have ever done anything worth a shit in their life and are trending in the same direction internally. They’re just mad they didn’t take the lead in the explotation race.

It is time for my weird german hot take: The U.S. (and maybe the west at large tbh) is kind of in a death rattle already. Democracy has been in decline atleast since 9/11, but arguably sooner. Fatcs do not even matter anymore in the U.S. and while trenches become deeper and deeper another grisly conflict can seem imminent.

Nobody likes their lives to uprooted so in my eyes the Epstein Files, whatever they contain, bring the promise of reform. People believe that once these files are released, the guilty people will be removed from power and thus reason and justice can be restored.

I am extremely doubtful that this is the case. At best the democrats have been a power of status quo and not of reform. At worst they too have accelerated the decline of our vision for a prosperous future by doing some of that sweet neoliberalism.

How will the release of the Epstein Files change anything and how are we now to believe that these have not been altered waaaaay beyond what they contained initially? The answer is: Nothing will change and the people will continue to believe that their side is right and the other ones are the pedophiles.

So call for Epstein Files every day, their release won’t change any conflict going on right now. Whether it is people being kidnapped in broad daylight because of the color of their skin, or the senseless, western funded slaughtering of civilians in palestine, or the UAE backed bloodshed in sudan.

Trump still has 3 years to destroy what little is left of the U.S. democracy and the western power sphere and it seems he is still very much on time with his plan.

People already call the elites pedos. Even if the Epstein files were released with video evidence it wouldn’t be enough for people to get off their asses and change anything. Look at all the redlines Trump has already crossed.

Not sure how much can really still be changed short of starting a full-on rebellion. And even that only has a marginal chance of oing anything and only if a siginficant portion of the military is part of the revolution.

It’s literally too late to stop the US from descending into a full-on fascist dictatorship.

The problem is that there is still so many that support it. Even if we’re generous its only 60% of the country Thats against it what’s happening. Until that switches to 80% nothing will or should happen.

Theres been successful revolutions that only had support from a minority of the population but it requires hard fighting, violence and organisation that I dont think Americans are capable of.

Currently, Trump has full control of the military and afaik there are no majorly critical high-ranking military officials left.

Even if 100% of the civilian population is against Trump, no revolution would have a chance against the US military.

If a civilian revolution were to happen, the military would squash it and the government would instantly shift into an official military dictatorship.

What’s sad is that Americans are still hoping that their issues will get fixed politically. It’s too late for that. They have a dictator at the helm and they’re gonna have to fight for their country one way or another. Better to do it sooner than later.

So you care more about something you already know, than about another horrible crime in progress…

Somehow you think the the other crimes are the distraction, instead of the files that contain no new information any that will have 0 repercussions on him and his buddies.

Keep talking about the files buddy. You’re doing magas work.
