It could easily be like the Sudan and disappear into the news, especially with mainstream media not showing these things. It’s alternative news pushed on alternative platforms, spread by things like leftist Tik Tokkers.
And ya, it’s not much, but it’s honest work. The capitalist is fighting tooth and nail. It didn’t happen instantly in the 19th and 20th century either, and we’re basically starting from that point (but post Red Scare).
