Trump is probably going to argue that Obama’s foreign policy (reducing sanctions on Cuba, trying to realign Russia) weakened America’s position and is therefore treason, see also Benghazi, Chinese loan after 2008, Iran nuclear deal.

Nah, it’s something about rigging the 2016 presidential race (which eagle-eyed readers may know Trump won anyway) by working behind the scenes to push Russiagate. The “evidence” they’ve released so far is comically shaky, with the main bit being that a briefing that may have said Russiagate was false was postponed, Obama ordered an investigation into Russiagate within a day of that cancellation, and that info of this investigation was leaked suspiciously quickly. Imo even the Trump-appointed hogs in the court system wouldn’t back this.
