I really hope we don’t have some idiot who thought this would be a good idea to spam the system with some fake signatures, somehow.

You need to use your government ID to log in and can only vote once. In most(if not all) countries you will not be able to flood it.
Hopefully this is secure throughout. I voted a while ago, I don’t remember exactly the process.
There is an option to fill a form that doesn’t require any authentication
