    If a story confirms your prejudices it’s important to look closely. Supposedly in Germany the companies reduced investments during socialist governments to make them look bad. I have no idea how to verify it but if Hungary is opposing the European structure this much, I would check for retaliations before feeling confirmed.

      Economics is hardly a prejudice. You’re not making a lot of sense, anyway.

      Surely pointing to China is a better way to make the point that liberal democracy is not the only road to riches. I simply want to encourage people to take a hard-nosed look at the tenets of liberal democracy. They are not a revealed truth. They prevailed for a reason.

        That could be manufactured by giving more funding to liberal democracies.

            Just like that? What makes you so sure? The reverse was true for the divided Germany. Both sides shifted resources there to make their system look good in comparison.
