Internet archive taking a lot of fire from all over at the moment, this one’s by corporate record labels.
I know petitions dont do much, but there’s not a lot else that we can do for them other than donate, so come and sign the petition:

I can’t stress how valuable Internet Archive and their magical Wayback Machine are.
because having to pay RIAA, etc, 700 million dollars in damages would probably outright kill the internet archive and therefore the wayback machine. They are rallying people around the most popular core of their services.
