You can assume he means himself as well.
If we take care of the billionaires, and he starts getting defensive, then we can oppose him. It’s easy.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
