Something like edhrec , but that has Brawl/Standard Brawl as a format. Does such a thing exist?

No, but there are a couple discords with channels for various commanders: Brawl Stronghold, https://discord.gg/d8M85z4Twf, and Brawl Hub, https://discord.gg/cQaxPna.
