I think it could probably be 4cmc (2UW) as a sorcery considering the escalate cost is 2cmc each. [[Sublime Epiphany]] is kind of comparable; it costs 1 more than your version but it’s in 1 color and an instant, and you get all of its modes. Granted those are much more situational than this one.
