I have a pixel 8, and a pixel 6 before that. The same bugs have followed me the whole time. I guess PiP, keyboard, bubbles, and graphical issues just aren’t being worked on. I’m waiting on Apple sideloading updates before I’m upgrading, but this is a piece of shit. I would try another OS, but I am afraid of getting banking apps and Google Fi working.
Clearly, the creator of this hasn’t put together enough IKEA stuff. Half of those dowel holes should be the screw in thingies that mate with the 1/4-turn cam things on the other side. The holes on the top of the hand would be on the bottom, with the cams. Also, it would not say “disposable thumbs” on the page - It would give the product-line name on the front cover.
Unrefined whole grains… But it shows bread? Isn’t flour considered refined?
If it’s your flag, do what you want. If it’s a flag owned by another person, you should ask for permission
Can you tell me more about that TV?
I’ve noticed the honeycrisp variety is comparatively cheaper this year than in years past. Closer to the price of other apple varieties at the stores I frequent. I go for pink lady apples recently though.
Montreal Hotels had .5°C indications. I’ll stick to °F for human comfort. km/h is the same problem in a way, I need three digits to represent reasonable highway speeds.
Is this insinuating he’s chatting with minors on discord?
I’ve had a couple jobs with wonderful overtime pay, in those cases my overtime was usually while traveling to places I’d rather not be. More cash to spend when I got home was great. Better than sitting in a hotel room doom scrolling
How does the business of being a landlord not work out to a “yes and” solution? You could make money on rent and sell at a later date. Is risk too high due to the cost of proper upkeep when a unit is occupied? Is it the cost of management?
Although I agree with the sentiment - I am curious how the system works with landlords having so many unoccupied units in some cities. Especially business/commercial/industrial landlords. It keeps rent artificially high, while reducing some types of overhead I would guess.
Is this also loss?
Ah yes the classic “why are you using a feature, it’s your fault for wanting it to work”. Thanks. So helpful.
If a practically brand new flagship like the Pixel 6 has more bugs than an ancient iPhone XR, I don’t think base Android can survive much longer. Basic functionality like YouTube PiP and theming glitch out regularly. Not to mention extended features like bubbles in Messages being broken since day one. Sure, I can sideload on Android, but if that comes to iPhone…
I can’t seem to make $200 per year for a device work out with Android anymore. The pixel 6 should last 3 years in my opinion, but support for the 6 has been limited since the pixel 7 came out. Even at $900, I think the iPhone could prove to be a better deal with 6 years of support backed by a history of keeping such promises. USB-C, RCS, Sideloading are all I’ve been waiting for.
I’m pretty close to switching to iPhone.
Even if the French could communicate in English, would anyone want to have a conversation with a Frenchman?
